The Hobart HL800 Legacy mixer is known for its exceptional performance in heavy duty mixing tasks. With the latest advancements this mixer is now even more user friendly. The “HL”, Hobart Legacy product range incorprates FastStop; stopping all moving parts within three seconds and MagnaLock; a triple interlock system that means the mixer cannot operate unless the bowl and guard are fully locked in place – providing complete safety for operators. The innovative single point bowl installation feature allows for effortless mixing. The bowl can be easily pivoted away from the mixer providing operators with the freedom to add ingredients, remove products and install or remove the bowl without any hindrances. Additionally the patented Soft Start Agitation Technology ensures a smooth transition between speeds, minimising the risk of product splashing.

The swing out bowl swings back in place with ease, where it’s secured by the spring loaded bowl lock. At the push of the power bowl lift button, the bowl automatically rises. It literally takes the heavy lifting out of mixing. As a finishing touch, to make it even easier to work with, the position of the bowl is six inches higher.
