The Hobart HSM40 is a durable 40-liter floor standing mixer supplied with a bowl, beater, whip, and hook. This mixer is suitable for a variety of operations and comes standard with a timer for precise mixing. The bowl guard design allows for the easy addition of extra ingredients without the need for removal. A stainless steel bowl chute is included for added convenience, and a bowl truck is available to assist with moving heavy loads. The HSM40 is compatible with 20 and 30-liter accessories, providing flexibility for smaller batch production.
