Rack-type dishwasher PROFI CN/CP
Hobart CN and CP rack type dishwasher series is of modular design. Pre-washing, washing, drying and intermediate zones are customised and specified individually for each customer with regard to performance, economy and operating convenience, so that the dishwashing solution is accurately tailored to your requirements and organisation. For example Hobart’s ASR (automatic soil removal) system will reduce the need for pre washing and Hobarts heat recovery heat pump not only eliminates the need for an expensive extraction canopy it also recycles all the lost heat energy from the exhaust and uses this to help heat the wash tank, both options combined will save you both staffing and entry costs over the lifetime of the machine.
