The Hobart UXT-10B  is a premium double capacity front loading utensil washer designed for commercial use. With inside dimensions of 1258 x 773 x 825 mm, this washer can easily accommodate large oversize pots and pans. Be advised this unit has no intergraded water softener option so if you are located in a hard water area then we would advise you to connect the machine to your water supply via a Hobart SD-H external Water softener to prevent any future limescale problems. SD-H Hobart Water softener
This washer offers a nominal capacity of up to 30 wash cycles per hour and features 5 automatic wash cycles: short, standard, intensive, continuous, and a hygiene sterilizing program. The double walled housing helps reduce heat loss, lowering running costs and keeping the wash area at a comfortable temperature.
The multi-setting rinse booster allows for flexibility in energy consumption, with the capacity able to be reduced from 15.3 kW to 9.1 kW when connected to a hot water fill. The washer comes ready to install, with fill and drain hoses, electrical cable, detergent dispenser, rinse aid dispenser, rinse pump, drain pump, back-flow preventer, tank heating, and back panel included.

For rooms with low ceilings
The machine height of the PROFI UX and UXT can
be reduced by 217 mm (with the door open). This
means that the machine can also be installed in
rooms with low ceilings. The loading height is then reduced from 860mmÂ
643 mm

solution for high capacity requirements.
You can wash up to  6 bakery baskets  16 baking sheets  3 EN containers
at the same time.

wash performance.  The wash arms double the contact time of

optimally over the washing utensils.

The rotating ROTOR-X wash system consists of a
top and a bottom cross joint wash arm. The models
PROFI UXT, UXTH, UXTLH und PREMAX UPT have
two cross joint wash arms.

Fine soil is removed
The collected fine soil is discharged from the
machine after 10 seconds.
Washing does the rest
The residual fine soil is collected during washing
and then pumped out.
