The FXSTD-10C delivers spotlessly clean results at temperatures that exceed the guidelines for Thermal Disinfection using unique pressure-less steam technology and. The 8 minute cycle ensures thorough cleaning and disinfection of every item, achieving a minimum of 80°C on the contact surface for 2 minutes. The Hobart FXSTD-10C is leading the way in dishwashing sterilisation technology.
