The patented FLOW Line autoLINE dishwashing system allows for parallel washing of trays and cutlery along with other items on a distinct conveyor track without expanding the machine’s footprint.
This cutting-edge solution accelerates the dishwashing process while notably enhancing machine capacity. For user convenience, trays are automatically fed at the machine’s entry point and stacked at the exit.
An optional cutlery lifting magnet is available to further minimize manual labor.

2. HOBART SMART LOAD
The compact, automated HOBART SMART LOAD system facilitates one person operation, ensuring the machine operates efficiently without requiring additional installation space. The ergonomically positioned chutes are tailored to fit the wash ware and can be adjusted in width, height and number.
3. Magnetic Cutlery Lifter
At this stage, cutlery is automatically removed from trays using a magnetic lifter, which is both compact and easy to clean, ensuring maximum hygiene. With no rotating parts, this unit is low-maintenance. Additionally, it automatically ejects non-magnetic objects for enhanced machine protection.
4. Cutlery Chute
Facilitates automatic loading of cutlery onto the corresponding conveyor belt. The system is also available without a separate cutlery track if desired.
5. Automatic Tray Loading
Vertically oriented tray loading conserves space and enhances efficiency with high-pressure capabilities.
6. Tray and cutlery depensing
Lateral tray ejection with integrated tray stacker for continuous dispenser replacement during operation. Cutlery is dropped through a chute and into a basket in a contact-free process.

Elevated soil levels in the machine’s entry section can significantly increase water and chemical usage. The AI-driven ASR² feature evaluates the soiling degree of the wash items and dynamically adjusts the pumping cycle as needed.
SMART VISION CONTROL
AI-Based Detection of Wash Items
Wash items such as GN containers or pots, which are heavily soiled, require more thorough cleaning than standard plates or cups. Using AI, the FLOW Line identifies wash items immediately upon placement on the conveyor. When equipped with the appropriate performance package, it continuously modifies the wash and rinse parameters, including conveyor speed, water volume, and wash pressure. SMART VISION CONTROL ensures optimal wash results with minimal water usage, regardless of the operator.
The FLOW Line autoLINE software is trained with data from over 80,000 images, allowing neural networks to identify incoming wash items in fractions of a second and adjust wash parameters accordingly.
