The RBCT20-60 roll in blast chiller/freezer has been specifically designed to accept the Rational 201 trolley. It can blast chill 60kg of product with the option to freeze 20kg. The chilling process can take hot food from +90°C to +3°C in less than 90 minutes. This specific model is designed to work with a remote condensing unit making it ideal for sites with insufficient airflow and that need to reduce the heat output within the food production area.
