The Foster MBCT100 and MBCT100W Modular Blast Chillers are not supplied with a floor and are intended for blast chilling purposes only. If you require a floor and ramp, the MBCFT100 and MBCFT100W models are available for order, suitable for occasional blast freezing and non-ground floor installations.

With a capacity of 100kg, the MBCT100 can accommodate most standard trolleys, while the wider MBCT100W is designed with a 900mm doorway for larger trolley applications. Equipped with an operator-friendly fan that stops when the door is opened, and an easy touch control panel, these modular blast chillers are ideal for high-volume kitchens that need to chill large quantities of food efficiently.

With every Foster Coldroom purchase, customers receive a complimentary site survey to guarantee a seamless installation process. A dedicated project manager will oversee the entire project, from delivery to commissioning by a skilled Foster technician. During the site survey, additional options will be reviewed and quoted for prior to installation, ensuring complete transparency and customer satisfaction.
