The BCT 15-7 blast chiller/freezer exceeds UK and European food safety requirements and can blast chill pre-cooked foods from +70ºC to +3ºC in 90 minutes and also be used to reduce food to -18ºC in 240 minutes and continue on to reduce food to -18ºC in 240 minutes at a reduced capacity.
